WHAT IS THE TURN AROUND TIME?

We ship our items 5-10 days after you place your order. When shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You can return your item within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Customer must pay for the return label. Item must have tags and no sign of damage. PERSONALIZED AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED!

Please contact us! We check all our blanks upon arrival and before we stitch, but accidents happen. We apologize and will make it right!

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes! When you checkout, select 'LOCAL PICKUP' for free pickup. Leave a good phone number so we can contact you about a location and time. Our pickup area is Denham Springs & surrounding areas.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS?

Luckily, embroidery with withstand the test of time, but we still recommend to take good care of it. We turn all our apparel inside out and wash on the gentle cycle to keep it in perfect shape. Plain embroidered apparel can be tumble dried on low but the following is recommend to hang dry

  • all applique (glitter, fabric, fringe, ect.)
  • puff embroidery
  • sequin apparel

DO NOT IRON SEQUINS!

SHRINKAGE:

  • Comfort Colors are pre-shrunk
  • Gildan has the potential to shrink 3%-5%
